The Multiple Listing Service (MLS) shows 15 single-family homes/condos sold in 2010 compared to 14 single-family homes/condos a year ago for a 7 percent increase. The existing home median sales price was $218,000; a year ago, it was $228,750 for a 4.7 percent decrease. Days on Market decreased 15.2 percent to 278 days.
